1. Where Are We Based?
We are based in New Zealand but we ship worldwide to most countries for free!
2. How Can I Track My Order?
To track your order, enter the tracking number we've provided on our track and trace page. It may take 1-3 business days to see the status of your order after you have received the tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number from us, please send an email to: info@firstfebruary.com. We will then immediately notify you of your tracking number and the status of your order.
3. I Accidentally Entered The Wrong Delivery Address. Can I Change It?
In this case, please send us an email to info@firstfebruary.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will do our best to correct the error afterward.
4. What Are The Delivery Timeframes?
Our team works hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Due to high demand, delivery times may be longer in some locations. Despite the high demand, your order should usually arrive within 8-14 working days after we have received your payment. If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to send us an email at info@firstfebruary.com. We will provide you with accurate information about your order at all times.
5. What Is The Process To Return An Item?
If you wish to return your order, please visit our return and refund policy page for detailed information on the return procedure.
6. Can I Amend My Order?
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this you may not be able to make amendments. However, please contact us here as soon as possible to see if it is possible to amend your order.
7. What If My Parcel Is Delayed?
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. But don't worry, we will make sure that you get your parcel :) If for any reason, your parcel is lost, we will always offer to ship you a new one completely free of charge or give you a refund (whatever you prefer) - simply contact us at info@firstfebruary.com.
8. Will My Items Come Together?
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :)
9. Can I Pay In Instalments?
You sure can via our Aterpay service.
10. Do I Need To Pay Customs Fees?
In most cases, customs fees do not apply. In some rare cases, you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, First February has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
11. Can I Return My Order?
If you would like to return your jewellery, please email info@firstfebruary.com to arrange a return. Our refund policy lasts 30 days so please let us know within 90 days of receiving the item, if you would like to return it and we will issue you a full refund so you can shop carefree.
12. My Items Arrived Damaged!
Firstly, we are so sorry to hear this! We do ship all orders with bubble bags and gift boxes to protect the jewellery but in the rare cases your item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us here and we will immediately ship you a new order completely free of charge.
13. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 15 minutes to 2 hours after placing it. To cancel, please contact us at info@firstfebruary.com.
14. How Can I Unsubscribe From Your Emails?
There are two (2) ways to unsubscribe from our email:
One is upon opening the email, you may click on the "Unsubscribe" button at the upper right corner of the email.
